You can request deletion of your XBUX account and profile information through support. XBUX reviews deletion requests carefully to protect users, resolve open activity, and satisfy legal obligations.

How to request deletion

Use the deletion request channel below or contact support from the XBUX Help Center.

XBUX may ask you to verify your identity before closing or deleting your account.

What Happens Before Deletion

Deletion requests are reviewed to avoid accidental account loss or unresolved transfer issues.
Open activity
Pending transfers, disputes, fraud checks, or payout investigations may need to be resolved before the account can be closed.
Account access
After account closure, sign-in access may be removed and active sessions may stop working.
Required records
Some transfer, compliance, audit, and tax records may be retained when XBUX is required to keep them by law or regulation.

What Deletion Means

Deleting an account does not always mean every historical record can be erased immediately.
Profile data
XBUX will stop using your account for active service once deletion is approved, subject to any lawful retention requirements.
